Non invasive laser lipo is a non-surgical technique. It is so straightforward that you don’t need an overnight stay in a hospital, recovery time or any of the arrangements associated with surgery. It is administered on an outpatient basis.

You visit the studio for the treatment and go back to work, home or whatever else you have planned for the day.

How Long Does It Take?

The non-invasive nature of this procedure means that it takes much less time than surgical procedures. You can expect to have the treatment in less than an hour, over lunch break if you wish.

The laser treatment is applied to your target areas for about 30 minutes on the targeted area.

What Happens?

You start by undressing but leave your underwear on or change into swimwear on if you prefer.

You lay on the table and the arms or paddles of the laser are arranged by the thief.

The laser is set in position depending on your target areas. These can be the hips, thighs, arms, knees, waist, ankles, back, bra fat areas, etc.

You lie in a comfortable position and relax for 30 minutes. Once the front of your body has been treated you get some form of clearing and lymphatic drainage.

Will I Feel Any Pain?

The treatment is non-invasive. In fact, you feel nothing during the procedure.* This is a non invasive laser lipo, so expect the laser to do the work.

It’s a relaxing atmosphere, so for 40 minutes you just lie there and relax. Your first session will confirm how quick and painless the treatment is.

How Will I Feel After the Treatment?

There are very few after effects.* There is no tenderness.* There is no swelling or redness.*

Some people report some tiredness or feeling different and even lighter. It’s not like the recovery you might need after surgery. You will be advised to drink plenty of water to aid the process and complete light lymphatic stimulation by walking for 15 minutes per day.

One treatment will not be enough. But after the first treatment, you will be even more comfortable with the process.

So What Now?

Now you know what to expect on your first non-invasive laser lipo session. It’s quick, non-invasive and even relaxing.

1. WHAT IS WOOD THERAPY?

In short, wood therapy uses a number of different wooden massage-like tools to help break down fat and cellulite. The wooden instruments are used to apply direct pressure to “problem areas” and essentially naturally eliminate excess body fat. The wood therapy we know today is actually based on an ancient Oriental wood manipulation that dates back hundreds of years!

2. ARE WOOD THERAPY AND BODY CONTOURING THE SAME THING?

Not really. They are technically two different types of treatments but have basically the same goals. Wood therapy helps to break down your body fat while body contouring helps to tighten your skin and improve elasticity. There is a wide variety of different body contouring therapies, some more surgical in nature than others, but that’s a whole different post yall!

3. DOES WOOD THERAPY WORK?

This is a tough one because everyone’s body responds differently to certain therapies. There are also other factors like age, weight, and frequency of treatment to consider as well. But for me, I found it both super relaxing and helpful to my clients! I would typically recommend once a week for toning as well as helping to naturally rid the body of toxins.

4. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WOOD THERAPY?

There are a large number of benefits to getting wood therapy, which is why I made it a regular part of my body contour therapy routine. In addition to being super relaxing and stress-relieving, wood therapy can help with:

  • Loosening tight muscles
  • Breaking down cellulite and burning fat
  • Naturally eliminating toxins in your body
  • Speeding up your metabolism
  • Stimulating blood circulation and lymphatic drainage
  • and more!

5. IS WOOD THERAPY SAFE?

Since wood therapy is a 100 percent natural, non-invasive holistic massage treatment, it is generally considered safe. However, as I mentioned you should always consult with your doctor or massage therapist prior to beginning any new treatments just to be absolutely sure that this type of treatment is right for you!

6. WHAT DOES WOOD THERAPY FEEL LIKE?

This natural way of implementing repetitive movements with the wooden tools to manipulate the stubborn areas of fat is surprisingly satisfying.

As for the massage itself, the first few sessions may feel a bit uncomfortable But after going for a few weeks, most people noticed that it became more relaxing and enjoyable.

7. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

This is a tricky one because it all depends on how often you’re willing to come. But typically, you’re able to see a small difference right after your first treatment. But most people really start to see the effects between their fourth and fifth treatments.

9. HOW LONG DO RESULTS LAST?

Wood therapy is most effective as an ongoing treatment, similar to how regular massage therapy works. The more consistent you are with it, the more noticeable and longer-lasting the effects will be. However, the results that you experience will usually stick around for about three months after your last session which is great. So don’t worry if you miss a session or two, your progress won’t be lost!

Ultrasound cavitation is one of the most advanced systems on the market today. Using ultrasound cavitation and radio frequency, the cavitation lipolysis treatment allows your body to break down fat cells. These cells are then metabolized through your body’s natural removal processes. Unlike traditional liposuction, cavitation liposuction uses no injections or anesthesia, and there is no downtime, making it the perfect treatment for the removal of fat and cellulite.

Liquefy your fat cells with the power of sound waves. Ultrasound cavitation is a leading-edge technology that disrupts fat cells, emulsifies them, and turns them into liquid, later to be excreted by the body through your normal metabolic process.

Low-frequency ultrasound waves pass through the skin, leaving a path of vibration throughout the fatty tissue. Once the fat cell’s membrane is burst, heat, ultrasound cavitation, and massage convert the fat cells into liquid. Once emulsified, 90% of the liquid fat will be excreted through the lymphatic and urinary systems.

When applied in conjunction with radio frequency (RF), the heating and cavitation effects can also promote collagen realignment and, as a result, tighten the skin and reduce wrinkles.

The ultrasound cavitation treatment will often yield immediate results that you can feel, touch, and see, and they can be long-lasting. Some clients can experience between 1 and 5 cm of circumference reduction after a single session, with increasing results after subsequent visits. However, more significant results will be noticed after the second and third treatments. Normally, multiple sessions are required, generally 1 per week until you’ve had about 6–12 treatments in total; this will depend on the results you want.

Ultrasound cavitation is not a treatment for obesity, nor is it a weight-loss procedure. Rather, it is a method for ‘reshaping’ and ‘toning’ the body. It is particularly intended to reduce localized fat tissues that are resistant to exercise around the abdomen (love handles), buttocks, and thighs (saddle bags) and won’t easily go away with simple dieting and exercise.
